What you can expect:
Service Excellence
- Review and evaluate member and investor servicing requests, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and guidelines.
Details Matter
- Processing more complex servicing requests in relation to real estate secured and commercial loans.
Tools of the Trade
- Manage the department's ticketing system, including responding to inquiries and assigning tasks appropriately.
Follow Procedure
- Maintain high task quality and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
Be a Maverick
- Provide guidance, support, and training to fellow loan servicing representatives
Time Management
- Meet established deadlines and performance standards for all servicing functions
Support the Team
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the servicing department.
Are you a Rockstar? Here's what we're looking for:
Experience:
At least four (4) years' experience in mortgage servicing, with a focus on advanced or specialized tasks. Knowledge of residential mortgage servicing required; commercial loans, HELOCs, SCRA, and investor loan servicing is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Strong proficiency with systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Keystone loan servicing systems.
