What you can expect:
Service Excellence
- Connect with our members via phone call by providing exceptional service and answer inbound calls within specified service levels.
Details Matter
– Take pride in your work by maintaining a full understanding of our Credit Union products and services.
Be Humble
– Assist your team members with branch reconciliation by adding checks, money orders, treasurer's checks, Visa payments, etc.
Know your Neighbor
– Be in tune with member needs and ensure you accurately process routine transactions and file maintenance while tracking member interactions.
Community First
– Proactively problem-solve within the scope of responsibility.
Enhance our Reach
– Help cross-sell additional products.
Are you a Rockstar? Here's what we're looking for:
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous banking or experience in a call center environment preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner. All team members are expected to uphold a standard of superior service by collaborating as a team and delivering high-quality service to both internal colleagues and external members, while embracing the fundamental values of RFCU's organizational culture.
