Oversee BOH operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, and food safety Train and coach team members on recipes, prep procedures, and station flow Lead shifts by setting a professional example and fostering teamwork Monitor speed and accuracy to meet service goals Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Open or close the kitchen, including counting drawers and shift reporting Uphold inventory and portioning standards to control costs and waste Communicate performance feedback and development needs to leadership What You Bring to the Table:
