$60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr We're looking for a Founding Account Executive to take ownership of our enterprise sales motion. This is a pivotal role, suited for someone who enjoys scaling companies from 0—>1 and someone aspiring to grow with the company as the Head of Sales. You’ll wear multiple hats—building an outbound funnel, conducting demos, and closing negotiations and deals. This is an opportunity to shape our sales strategy and land high-profile customers at a fast-growing startup.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise contracts Automate the outbound motions with Sales tech tools Refine messaging to improve branding and value proposition Organize dinners and events to create a community of Marketing and Growth leaders Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large organizations
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on enterprise deals Comfortable operating as a BDR + AE hybrid, you can prospect and close Scrappy, resourceful, and proactive - you thrive in early-stage environments Proven ability to build and scale an outbound sales motion Experience selling to growth, marketing, or product teams is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to sell to high-profile senior executives
