Qualifications:
D3, D4, or S1 degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Basic IT knowledge.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking.
Willing to work in 24/7 shift mode for those operating a data center as a DCO.
Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve issues related to end-user devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers, including operating systems and supporting software. This position may serve as an IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support, or Data Center Operator (DCO), depending on technical test and interview results. Work from Office in Jakarta.
