You will engage in hands-on engineering, developing automation to enhance this vital technology with a focus on functional correctness, message durability, system security, and more. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Basic Qualifications Experience designing, deploying, and operating production-grade messaging infrastructure across multiple enterprise use cases. Experience with Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, or TIBCO EMS. Proficiency in Java, Python, or shell scripting. Basic understanding of UNIX and Networking concepts. Experience analyzing and resolving production issues. Ability to develop monitoring solutions, automation, and procedures to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention. Experience providing technical guidance on messaging infrastructure to application owners. Skill in managing complex requirements and defining clear delivery roadmaps to stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of security protocols such as TLS, Kerberos, OIDC/OAuth. Experience with JMS specifications. Experience with Elastic Search, BigQuery, Prometheus, Grafana.
