Assist the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers in planning and coordination of electrical facilities. Participate in design, interface, and technical clarification meetings with stakeholders such as consultants, development teams, and clinical users. Provide FM-related inputs to design consultants to ensure electrical systems are maintainable, safe, and aligned with operational needs. Stay updated on emerging technologies in electrical engineering, automation, and smart facilities that can enhance hospital operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project timelines and requirements. Assist in preparing for the eventual operational readiness of the electrical systems. Support broader facilities management initiatives and perform ad hoc duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or electrical systems management. Prior experience in electrical installation or project work is an advantage. Experience in healthcare infrastructure or hospital facilities will be highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of BCA Green Mark and GreenGov.SG sustainability requirements is a plus. What's on Offer
