Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of hardware systems for industrial controller products. Work across the full development cycle - from schematic design and PCB layout to testing, validation, and release. Troubleshoot and enhance existing designs for performance, cost optimization, and feature upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, QA, and external vendors. Support compliance testing and ensure EMC/EMI standards are met. Engage with suppliers on technical requirements, testing protocols, and resolution of design issues The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or a closely related discipline). At least 7+ years of experience in hardware development, ideally in the industrial, robotics, or embedded systems space. Analog circuit design (DACs, ADCs, power supply circuits, digital I/O, etc.). Schematic and PCB design tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics or similar). EMC/EMI design techniques for noise reduction. Circuit simulation, testing, debugging, and documentation. Able to work independently and proactively solve complex hardware issues. What's on Offer
