Job Description
Conduct structural and blast analysis to evaluate the performance of buildings and infrastructure under extreme dynamic loads. Propose and develop protective design solutions for civil and structural systems using advanced simulation techniques and structural modelling. Develop security plans that integrate both engineering controls and operational requirements. Perform finite element modelling and structural assessments using industry-standard tools. Prepare and deliver technical reports, analysis summaries, and design documentation in compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across various technical and non-technical functions. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in blast engineering or structural dynamics. Proficiency in structural simulation software and finite element modelling (e.g., ANSYS, LS-DYNA, SACS, FEMAP). Familiarity with blast engineering standards and experience in progressive collapse analysis is a strong advantage. Knowledge of local and international building codes and blast design regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex engineering concepts clearly. What's on Offer
