Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed memoranda, legal briefs, and advisory opinions to support litigation, internal investigations, and client counseling efforts.
Draft and revise a wide range of client documents, including employment policies, employee handbooks, training materials, separation agreements, and other employment documents.
Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including depositions, document production, interrogatories, and requests for admissions, while coordinating with opposing counsel and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Perform thorough fact‑gathering activities, including collecting, organizing, and synthesizing relevant documents, conducting detailed interviews with witnesses, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients.
Represent clients before courts and administrative bodies, including motion practice and hearings.
Conduct in-depth analysis of statutes, legal decisions, ordinances, and other governing legal authority, with a focus on employment law and related areas.
Provide support through all stages of litigation, mediation, and trial preparation in single‑plaintiff employment cases and wage‑and‑hour class actions.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 50 ABA accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar
3 to 5 years’ experience
Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
Work is full time onsite in the SF office
