Our labor and employment team provides counsel to hundreds of public‑school districts and other public agencies throughout California. We are looking for individuals with 5 to 7 years of experience in labor & employment with a passion for public entity representation. Base Pay Range
$140,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Location

Full‑time Duties & Responsibilities
Hiring employees and drafting employment contracts Represent clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations Handle matters related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee leave laws Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on complex, high‑impact cases Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong interest and/or experience working with public agencies or school districts Knowledge of California labor and employment laws Lozano Smith is committed to giving all employees the opportunity to experience meaningful, impactful work.
