Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction
The Senior Project Manager will provide full project leadership across large‑scale stick frame / podium / wrap multifamily developments, serving as the key liaison between ownership and the General Contractor. This role oversees all aspects of project execution—from early design and preconstruction through budgeting, scheduling, construction oversight, QA/QC, close‑out, and warranty.
This is an opportunity to guide complex, high‑value developments while partnering closely with internal development, preconstruction, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Direct oversight of General Contractors throughout all project phases
Lead preconstruction coordination, cost review, and schedule development
Review GC pricing, budgets, and technical construction issues
Maintain rigorous schedule, quality, and cost controls
Conduct site visits, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure safety & compliance
Lead project kickoff, milestone, and turnover meetings
Partner with operations leadership on performance, progress, and forecasting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
7+ years of multifamily construction experience required
Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage GC relationships
