Senior Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction
The Senior Project Manager will lead large multifamily construction projects in Greater Boston, managing budgets of $25M–$75M, teams, subcontractor buyouts, schedule tracking, budgeting, and client communication.
Base Pay Range $160,000 – $190,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead teams of APMs, superintendents, and project engineers
Oversee subcontractor buyout, schedule tracking, budgeting, and client updates
Collaborate with developers, design teams, and consultants to maintain alignment and momentum
Report directly to the Director of the Multifamily division and contribute to division growth and process refinement
What You Bring
10+ years of construction experience, including recent PM or Senior PM roles
Proven experience with ground‑up multifamily construction (wood frame, podium, wrap, etc.)
Familiarity with the Boston‑area subcontractor market and permitting process
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Excel
Strong communication and leadership skills
