PS currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport and is developing new terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. Far removed from the chaos of the surrounding airport and just steps away from the airfield, PS offers the ease, privacy, and security of the private flight experience for commercial travel.
The Role The Director of Hospitality oversees the traveler experience at PS MIA with an eye for luxury and provides an experience like none other. The director reports to the Managing Director PS MIA.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Oversee operations of the Hospitality, Housekeeping & Engineering Departments and Office Admin.
Provide strategic leadership with full P&L ownership, driving business growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation.
Develop, coach, and empower a team of hospitality professionals to challenge the status quo.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity to set and maintain consistent property and company standards.
Maximize Suite occupancy, productivity and quality.
Develop and maintain luxury standards across each department.
Champion training and learning and development programs in partnership with Training and HR departments.
Lead and support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Hospitality activities.
Be a champion of our company values.
Ensure elevated traveler experience.
Inventory enhancement and service focus.
Forecasting, budget and scheduling, including weekends.
Requirements
At least 5 years of senior management experience with multiple ancillary departments.
Strong leadership and organizational skills in an evolving company.
Experience in luxury standards and customer experience.
Training.
Financial management.
