Supervisor Telecom Aerial
We are seeking qualified candidates for positions in Flagstaff and Prescott Valley.
The position of a Supervisor Telecom Aerial within the structure of Pauley Construction is to manage two to four crews consisting of crew leaders or foremen. The work consists of repetitive assignments that fall under a Superintendent’s structure. It includes tailgate meetings, senior leadership meetings and ensuring your crews meet required productivity goals. The role must also communicate with external customers, including city inspectors and personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating pre‑construction meetings, maintaining safety and production records, and completing as‑builds.
The main objective of a Supervisor Telecom Aerial is to directly manage each crew and the work assigned. The three main focus areas are safety, quality, and meeting or exceeding production requirements as established by their direct manager.

What You’ll Do
Oversee and lead crews in meeting and maintaining daily production goals and records.
Coordinate with the direct manager to invoice jobs timely per company policy and area goals.
Ensure all company safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and special project requirements are met.
Handle all accident investigations, including job damage, employee injury, and vehicle accidents.
Attend all safety meetings with assigned crews.
Complete all in‑house and outsourced training as required.
Investigate all property owner complaints with the Superintendent.
Assure 100% adherence to all company safety policies.
Communicate equipment needs to the direct manager, including repair, maintenance, and rental needs.
Maintain trucks and equipment in a clean condition.
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, discipline, and terminate employees in collaboration with Human Resources.
Consult with direct manager before ordering new material.
Interface with customers to discuss needs and jobs.
Complete a total of 8 JSO’s including auditing of direct reporting crews.
When required, complete daily DVIR.
Ensure assigned fleet is gate‑checked within a 45‑day timeframe.
What You’ll Need
18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid state driver’s license (no provisional) with an acceptable record.
Pass a background check and company drug screening.
Attend and pass all required training.
Work after hours, on weekends, or be on‑call as needed.
Work nights and holidays as required.
Travel within the state or overnight as necessary.
Maintain regular and timely attendance.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
Proven leadership experience guiding employees to high quality results and teamwork.
Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of this position.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or drawing form.
Ability to handle complex problems involving employees, customers, vendors, and the public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate measurements, percentages, and apply basic accounting principles.
Language Skills
Read, understand, and interpret safety rules, machine manuals, and procedures.
Write reports and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Physical & Safety Requirements and The Working Environment
Standing, crouching, sitting, bending, using hands and fingers, and reaching in high and low spaces.
Standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional lifts up to 10 pounds.
Moderate noise level; work in field and office.
Exposure to extreme weather, dust, fumes, airborne pathogens, toxic chemicals, moving machinery parts.
Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay Range The annual wage range for the Supervisor Telecom Aerial role is $70,000 - $83,000 depending on experience.
