Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Used Car Sales Manager located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee and support pre-owned vehicle sales for our dealers, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the sales processes effectively. They will develop strategies for reaching sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with dealership staff to optimize inventory efficiency. Qualifications Proven expertise in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and familiarity with Sales Processes Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in managing Sales teams and achieving sales targets Leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and guide a team Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in using data-driven platforms or tools for vehicle acquisition is a plus A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Seniority level
