The Administrative Assistant to the IT Executive Director provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's office. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in all aspects of work. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage the Executive Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence. Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Office Coordination: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (both digital and physical). Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, room bookings, and catering arrangements. Serve as the point of contact between the Executive Director and other stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners. Communication and Reporting: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and track project timelines, KPIs, and deliverables. Assist with compiling data and preparing presentations for executive-level meetings. IT Department Liaison: Support IT-specific processes, such as software license renewals, technology procurements, and vendor communications. Coordinate IT team events, training, and team-building activities. Special Projects: Assist with strategic initiatives, including research and preparation of materials. Coordination of internal communications & organizational newsletter materials Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Executive Director. Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner. Required Skills

1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in IT or a technology-driven organization. 1-2 years of experience in office software and presentations, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Preferred

Familiarity with IT terminology and processes. Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism. Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $44.99 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
