Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients. Conduct research and stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax‑saving opportunities. Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes. Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax‑related matters. Supervise and mentor junior tax associates. Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification required – or actively pursuing certification. Minimum 10 years’ experience in individual and corporate taxes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in tax preparation software.
