The Family Medicine Physician will specialize in caring for the physical, mental and emotional well‑being of their patients and their families. They are trained to care for all ages, from children to seniors.

Responsibilities

See patients in an outpatient setting Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals.

Participate in the Family Medicine Call single‑call group; on‑call roughly once per month (weekday or weekend). The weekend call is shared with another physician and consists of answering patient calls.

Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.

Provide preventive medicine services.

Required Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO).

Accredited Family Medicine Residency training.

Licensed or willing to be licensed in Texas.

Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation generally ranges from $226,000 – $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
