Job Description WHO YOU ARE
You are a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or DSS or a Registered Dietitian.
You’ve more than 6 years of hospital or adult home/care experience.
You are also ServSafe® Certified.
You’ve more than 8 years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
You’ve strong supervisory, leadership and management.
You’ve P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience.
As a Sr. Director of Food and Nutritional Services, you will be required to:
You’ll manage the operation of Food & Nutrition Services in an Acute Care Hospital.
You’ll ensure client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost effective management meeting and exceeding stated expectations.
You’ll manage patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, infection
