Our client is a rapidly expanding fast casual restaurant and CPG brand focusing on fresh, Mediterranean inspired, better-for-you cuisine.
We are looking for a dynamic IT Systems Analyst who will oversee the development of IT support knowledge base, user guides, and FAQs.
Job Description

You hold a BA/BS degree in Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science You have more than 5 years of experience in IT, managing multiple high priority initiatives. You have more than 3 years of project management within large scale enterprise initiatives. You have a strong knowledge of IT best practices, industry trends. Your Role: Manage the development and execution of documented process for communicating outages from the stores & corporate for the company and stores. Help generate and maintain the team with tools, best practices, and knowledge. Develop and discuss IT policies across all technology disciplines: devices, applications, AV, telephone, and beyond in collaboration with technology operations. Provide input on an IT support program and plan that outlines long-term goals for the technology operations roadmap. The Compensation: Performance Bonus: $5,000 Additional Information
