Associate Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and track project schedules in
Primavera P6
for a high volume of T&D projects.
Coordinate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy, alignment, and timely updates.
Apply
Critical Path Method (CPM)
principles to analyze and validate project timelines.
Support outage coordination activities and integrate outage windows into schedules.
Ensure all schedules meet reporting requirements and remain clear, simple, and consistent.
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple functions; facilitate communication and schedule reviews.
Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and adapt to changing project needs.
Perform data analysis to support schedule insights, trends, and portfolio-level reporting.
Utilize tools such as
Power BI
and
Tableau
to support data visualization (strong plus).
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in project scheduling , ideally within Transmission, Distribution, or utility-related environments.
Proficiency in Primavera P6
(minimum requirement).
Strong understanding of
Critical Path Method
scheduling.
Excellent soft skills, including communication, adaptability, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing large volumes of projects and parallel workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
data analytics , portfolio reporting, or schedule trend analysis.
Proficiency in
Power BI
and/or
Tableau
for dashboarding and visualization.
Prior experience with outage planning or coordination in utility settings.
