Job Description Job Title : Business Development Associate

Purpose : Lead generation for Hackett sales associates

Responsibilities :

Marketing campaign execution

Assist with development of campaign approach (hardcopy mailings, e-mail, pre-calls, post calls, etc.)

Generate webcast and event attendance

Obtain executive appointments for sales associates

Post-event follow up to generate sales conference calls or face-to-face meetings

Logging and tracking lead/appointment activity

Maintaining prospect details in Salesforce.com (CRM)

Work closely with Product Marketing Management to schedule timing of follow-up activities and campaign execution

Required Skills :

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)

Good listening and communication skills

Broad understanding of questioning techniques

Ability to multi-task

Work well in a team environment

Proven ability to get access to senior executives

Highly organized

Self motivated

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
