Responsibilities
Build and train a team.
Market the property.
Oversee and maintain the budget.
Manage all operational tasks to help the property thrive.
Further responsibilities may include coordinating resident services, maintaining property standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
Supervisory/management experience.
Yardi experience preferred.Team‑building and effective management skills.
Operations skills, including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Consent to possible audio recordings of work duties.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $77,000–$82,000 annually DOE.
Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.
Company profit sharing.
10 days paid time off per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
40 hours of paid sick time.
