This facility features an oncology clinic attached to a chemo treatment center and hospital, offering comprehensive cancer care services. As a COC accredited program managing approximately 500 analytic cases each year, the facility provides high-quality specialized care to patients throughout the region.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
• Full-time position (5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month) with 12-15 patient encounters per shift
• Standard work hours with patients scheduled from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
• Call rotation of 1 week out of every 3 weeks; phone response only during evenings and weekends (no on-site callbacks)
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with potential for additional read study hours (preapproval required for overtime)
• Must have an active California medical license to practice
• Requires minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient activity to qualify for privileges
• Board certification or eligibility required with BLS certification
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Start date as early as February 2026 for providers with a clean file; March 2026 start for others
• Any gaps in practice greater than 3 months must be explained
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
