Coverage Needed
- Start Date: February 1, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month
- Call Schedule: 1 week out of every 3, with regular hours in the clinic and on-call in the evening; weekends are 24-hour call
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call+
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20-30 minutes

- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 12-15
- Support Staff: RN: 9-10, MA: 4, PA/NPs: 3, Office Staff: 7
Requirements
- Board Certification: Eligible
- License Requirement: Licensed in CA only
- BLS Certification Required
- 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty required
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Oncology clinic is attached to chemo treatment center and hospital
- Provider must have 2 years of recent inpatient activity to qualify for privileges
- COC accredited program managing approximately 500 analytic cases each year
- Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
- Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties
