We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to work across application development, service delivery, and infrastructure teams to design and implement key architecture standards.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure strategic architectural decisions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design integration strategies for disparate systems, applications, and data sources across the enterprise. Establish common interfaces, architecture principles, data standards, and best practices. Support senior management on complex technology initiatives and investment decisions. Create and manage an architecture review process to evaluate proposed solutions against standards and strategic objectives. Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and consider long-term implications of architectural choices. Strong knowledge of electronic data processing platforms, software, and database systems. Expertise in application portfolio management, software design patterns, application integration, and lifecycle management. Proficiency in data modeling, governance, master data management, data warehousing, analytics platforms, and data quality frameworks. Understanding of infrastructure components, platforms, development tools, middleware, and technology standards (on‑prem and cloud‑based). Ability to prepare clear and accurate documentation, including data dictionaries. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Experience in government or regulatory environments (preferred). Preferred Qualifications
TOGAF Certification, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar credentials. Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect. Proven track record leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, or enterprise modernization programs. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices. Comfort presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
