JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
( Class Years 2022‑2024 )
Active Bar Admission
in
Florida , in good standing.
1–3 years
of
general litigation experience
across a broad range of practices.
Completion of a
federal
or
state supreme court judicial clerkship
is
required .
Prior
law firm experience
is a
plus .
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research
and
draft memoranda ,
motions ,
briefs , and other
court filings .
Support
senior attorneys in
case development ,
strategy , and
client communications .
Assist
with
discovery , including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
Participate
in
depositions ,
hearings , and
trials , providing support to the litigation team.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Review ,
organize , and
manage case files
and
documentation .
Engage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities.
