A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands‑on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.

Candidate Profile

JD

from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (Class Years 2022-2024)

Active Bar Admission

in Florida, in good standing.

1–3 years

of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.

Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is

required .

Prior law firm experience is a

plus .

Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Attention to detail and sound business judgment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research

and

draft memoranda ,

motions ,

briefs , and other

court filings .

Support

senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications.

Assist

with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.

Participate

in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support to the litigation team.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Review ,

organize , and

manage case files

and documentation.

Engage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from $225,000-$260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.

Discretionary

bonus
