PRIORITY CARES HOME SERVICES
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and taking minutes when needed
Handle confidential documents and information with the utmost discretion
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for the executive’s attention
Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Manage special projects and conduct research as required
Track and reconcile expense reports and manage office-related tasks as needed
Support other administrative staff and contribute to overall office efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, project management tools)
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and discretion
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
