Must be a licensed physician (MD or DO) in good standing.

Board Certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience in quality improvement, policy development, and team management.

Familiarity with applicable federal and state healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the medical staff.

Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory guidelines.

Develop and implement medical policies and procedures.

Monitor the quality of care provided and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with administrative leadership on operational goals and resource planning.

Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of clinical personnel.

Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and senior leadership.

Represent the organization in medical and public health forums as needed.

Oversee case reviews, utilization management, and clinical audits.

Compensation: $143.00 per hour
