As our Director of Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for the residents who call our center home. And just as we care for them, we are committed to creating a supportive and respectful workplace for every member of our team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
Oversee and complete all maintenance and repair work
Conduct routine facility inspections for safety, compliance, and equipment performance
Maintain working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
Ensure all work meets State, Federal, and OSHA standards
Participate in on‑call rotation
Ensure code compliance and life safety standards are met
Qualifications
Electrical/boiler certification
2–3 years of supervisory and management experience
Strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations
Experience with OSHA and life safety requirements
Excellent multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills
Schedule & Benefits
