We are seeking a licensed

Nurse Practitioner

or

Physician Assistant

with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Applicants must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and be eligible to serve Medicare/Medi‑Cal participants.

Compensation $145,399 - $174,478 USD per year, plus bonus and equity. Pay is adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
