You’ll partner across mobile app, in‑vehicle UX, vehicle software, service, and commerce systems to deliver seamless upgrade paths that feel fully integrated to the Tesla ownership journey. You’ll leverage data, experimentation, and strong product instincts to launch new offerings quickly while continuously refining existing workflows for simplicity, speed, and conversion.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for subscriptions and upgrades across global markets
Identify and develop new subscription and upgrade opportunities that enhance ownership value and contribute to sustainable revenue growth
Design frictionless discovery, purchase, and management flows that make it easy for customers to adopt and manage offerings throughout their ownership lifecycle
Partner with engineering, design, data science, vehicle software, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality experiences that integrate seamlessly across the Tesla ecosystem
Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to measure impact and optimize conversion, retention, and engagement
Write clear product requirements, prioritize effectively, and lead cross‑functional execution on aggressive timelines
Champion customer value and long‑term loyalty, ensuring every offering strengthens the ownership experience
What You’ll Bring
Product management experience, ideally in subscriptions, commerce, or automotive technology
Strong background in consumer experience design with proven success driving engagement, adoption, and retention
