Logos Space
Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.

Position Summary
Logos Space is building a secure, resilient, and modern enterprise network from the ground up, extending from terrestrial infrastructure to in-space systems. We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Manager to lead the definition of the services and service plans we will offer. In this role, you will form a deep understanding of customer needs and their willingness to pay for the services we can offer. You will bridge that understanding with engineering capabilities and financial targets to define a complete set of services that delight customers, are within Logos execution bandwidth and will enable financial success for Logos. You will bring structure to ambiguity, relentlessly acquire data to inform our services and roadmap, and drive alignment from service definition to deployment. The right candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by hard technical challenges, and can translate customer needs into product requirements that drive exceptional outcomes. If you are motivated by solving difficult problems, translating customer needs into great services, and working collaboratively with development teams to deliver those services, then you may be the right fit for this role. Responsibilities:
Own the definition and roadmap for Logos’ services Define those services and create service plans to offer to customers with validation through customer engagements and market research Work closely with engineering/development teams to ensure technical feasibility, alignment with execution bandwidth and, where necessary, on trade-offs to optimize between those and customer requirements and financial targets Continuously prioritize and simplify to help ensure on time delivery of these services Communicate status of requirements definitions and roadmaps to internal teams and leadership Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 9+ years technical product management experience OR equivalent experience 5+ years defining and/or delivering services in a telecommunications company Deep knowledge of enterprise connectivity services Proven ability to engage with customers to define requirements Demonstrated ability to perform financial analyses for products and services Proven ability to successfully negotiate and drive requirements with engineering/development teams Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration Proficient communication skills using various forms of media Experience in defining v0 products/services Startup experience Self-driven, self-motivated individuals are able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and across internal stakeholders.
