What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own key product features within the Drug Information portfolio, guiding them from concept to delivery
Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards
Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their workflows and challenges
Support the development of product vision and strategy aligned with organizational objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
6-8 years of experience in product management and/or healthcare technology
Proven success in delivering user-friendly products in clinical or health system contexts
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, RxNorm, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience applying AI/ML or GAI to product management
Familiarity with product management tools including Jira and Aha!
Clinical background is a plus
