What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own key product features within the Drug Information portfolio, guiding them from concept through delivery and adoption
Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product releases meet quality, usability, and performance standards
Engage with pharmacists, clinicians, and health IT customers to understand their workflows and emerging needs
Support the development of product vision and strategy aligned with the employer's Clinical Solutions objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
6-8 years of experience in product management and/or healthcare technology
Proven success delivering products in clinical or health system contexts
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and analytics tools/platforms
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience applying AI/ML or GAI to product management
Familiarity with product management tools including Jira and Aha!
Clinical background is a plus
