Responsibilities
Lead the store operations and achieve overall performance goals, including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
Apply a multi‑week training program with experienced trainers; manage daily operations without a sink‑or‑swim approach.
Make decisions that drive performance and uphold the company’s standards of quality and service.
Coach and develop talent, including hiring seasonal and permanent staff.
Maintain full accountability for store operations and P&L.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer experience standards.
Qualifications
Current GM-level experience in retail or restaurant environments.
Proven track record of growth and measurable results.
Strong understanding of P&L, business planning, and operational metrics.
Hands‑on service orientation and a passion for building community relationships.
Excellent coaching skills; experience hiring and developing seasonal workers is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
