Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
Base pay range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year. About the Role
We are a top national builder based in South Florida that specializes in commercial construction. Projects include healthcare, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery, and retail. Due to growth, we are hiring a Senior Project Manager for our healthcare division. Projects will primarily be free-standing medical buildings. Responsibilities
Lead project teams and oversee all phases of construction for free-standing medical facilities. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and AHCA requirements. Qualifications
Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Experience with healthcare construction. Knowledge of AHCA regulations. Experience with ground-up construction. Benefits
