Project Manager – Construction – Senior Living
Base pay range: $100,000 – $140,000 per year.
We are a full‑service general contractor, with over 10 years of experience in the senior living, multifamily, and hospitality markets, operating in St. Louis and expanding nationwide.

Job Details The role is specifically focused on the senior living sector, overseeing all aspects of construction from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling, for senior living facilities.
Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders for clear communication and successful delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage changes in scope, schedule, or cost.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the design team to create functional, comfortable, and appealing living spaces for seniors.
Use hospitality experience to ensure a positive and welcoming environment in all facilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within construction, preferably senior living, multifamily, or hospitality (wood‑frame is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience managing the complete construction project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and legal regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of creating welcoming, comfortable environments.
Excellent client‑service skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
