About the Role The Sr. Director BD Excellence / Chief of Staff to the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer will serve as a strategic partner, leading BD Excellence initiatives across the Central Revenue organization, Canada and U.S. Strategic Customer Group.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate the Chief Revenue Office, coordinating cross‑functional workstreams, managing operating reviews and driving execution of strategic priorities.
Oversee deployment processes and program governance for BD Excellence initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, KPI alignment, and continuous improvement.
Implement standardized methodologies and tools (e.g., SFDC, funnel management, Kaizen) for global consistency.
Act as a change champion, promoting innovation and improvement across commercial systems and strategic customer functions.
Support EVP and leadership team in driving BD Excellence vision and strategy.
Lead development of BD Excellence commercial tools, processes, and sales execution systems.
Deploy and embed sales operations tools to provide a holistic view of customers across business units.
Utilize best‑in‑class tools (Kaizen, VM/DM, problem solving, funnel management, win rooms) to drive results.
Drive problem‑solving using Toyota‑based approach, Pareto analysis, and priority action plans.
Facilitate continuous improvement (Kaizen) events and enable best‑practice sharing.
Lead organization‑level initiatives to improve business and operation excellence and customer experience.
Organize the annual process to identify opportunities, develop goals, and action plans.
Education & Experience Education : University bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Experience :
8+ years in a continuous‑improvement culture with embedded visual management, problem solving, and Kaizen tools.
Advanced problem‑solving / CI (Kaizen, VM/DM, A3/Pareto) with coaching experience; Lean / PMP certification a plus.
Proven impact through CI & Kaizen initiatives, especially in a commercial environment and fast‑changing context.
Ability to drive results in a matrix organization, collaborating across functions and regions.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑directed program leadership.
Excellent project‑management skills and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Passion for continuous improvement, results measurement, and problem solving.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to build stakeholder coalitions.
Translate strategic direction into execution – action orientation and results drive with a hands‑on mindset.
