Infosys is seeking an SAP SD Functional Test Lead. As a validation and quality assurance expert, you will review the functionality of existing systems, conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education. 4+ years of Information Technology experience. Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL; Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX; or willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. Strong understanding of testing processes and the testing life cycle. Preferred Experience
Plays the role of SAP SD Functional Test Lead in implementation, rollout, and upgrading projects; experience with S4 HANA testing is preferred. Good knowledge of SAP SD functional modules – Order to Cash, Order Management, Shipping, Billing Management – and end‑to‑end business processes. Onsite lead coordinator experience for an onsite‑offshore global delivery model. Proven experience in test planning, recommending approaches and strategies, conducting impact assessments, and managing testing risks. Knowledge of SAP testing (integration, regression, automation) related to SAP S4 HANA. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the testing life cycle. Experience driving defect triage calls across various cycles. Skilled at sending daily, weekly, and monthly status reports and monitoring testing metrics. Ability to identify tools and technologies to implement, aligning with the broader testing function and team skill set. In‑depth knowledge of industry‑wide testing techniques, tools, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate closely with SI partner, IT, business, third‑party vendors, and offshore teams to complete testing on schedule. Knowledge of SAP test automation tools (TOSCA / Worksoft). The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
