Infosys is seeking a SAP FICO Functional Test Lead You will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
4+ years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL; Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; or Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the U.S. and Canada.
Strong understanding of testing processes and the testing life cycle.
Preferred Experience
Experience as a SAP Functional Test Lead Finance (SAP FICO) for implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. Experience managing S/4 HANA testing is preferred.
Good knowledge of any SAP functional module – SAP FICO (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Asset Management & Controlling E2E Business Processes).
Role as onsite lead coordinator for an onsite‑offshore global delivery model.
Proven experience in test planning, recommending test approaches and strategies, conducting impact assessments, and managing testing risks.
Knowledge of SAP testing including integration, regression, and automation associated with S/4 HANA.
Excellent stakeholder management across the testing life cycle.
Facilitating defect triage across cycles.
Ability to send daily, weekly, monthly status reports and prepare/monitor testing metrics.
Identify tools and technologies to be implemented, aligning with broader testing functions and team skill sets.
In‑depth knowledge of current industry‑wide testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Close collaboration with SI Partner, IT, Business, third‑party vendors & offshore team to meet defined timelines.
Knowledge of SAP Test Automation tools such as TOSCA / Worksoft.
Physical & Travel Requirements The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Compensation (Chicago, IL) Estimated annual compensation: $75,106 to $97,638.
