About the Role Infosys is seeking an
SAP SD Functional Test Lead .
As a
SAP SD Functional Test Lead , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of one year of education.
4+ years of Information Technology experience.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL; Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. Travel in the US and Canada may be required.
Strong understanding of testing processes and the testing life cycle.
Preferred Experience
Must have played the role of
SAP SD
Functional Test Lead for implementation, rollout, and upgrading projects. Experience in managing S4 HANA testing is preferred.
Good knowledge of any
SAP SD
functional module – Order to Cash, Order Management, Shipping, Billing Management – E2E Business Processes.
Onsite lead coordinator experience for an onsite‑offshore global delivery model.
Proven experience in test planning, recommending test approaches and strategies, conducting Impact Assessments, identifying and managing testing risks.
Good knowledge of SAP testing (integration, regression, test automation) related to SAP S4 HANA.
Ability to manage customer stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders across the testing life cycle.
Experience driving defect triage calls across various cycles.
Ability to send daily, weekly, monthly status reports to expected stakeholders and prepare/monitor testing metrics.
Identify tools and technologies to be implemented, aligning with those already used across the broader testing function and the team's skill set.
In‑depth knowledge of current industry‑wide testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaboration with SI Partner, IT, Business, 3rd‑party vendors, and offshore teams for successful completion of testing within defined timelines.
Knowledge of SAP Test Automation Tools such as TOSCA or Worksoft.
