Executive Analyst – Anesthesia
Job Summary Involves managing or performing administrative services or managing the full general operations of an academic or non‑academic organization. Administrative services include finance, human resources, IT, facilities, or student services. General management activities include long‑term strategy, mission setting, and directing multidisciplinary departments through subordinate staff management. The Executive Analyst provides high‑level executive, project coordination, and operational support to the Executive Vice Chair of Adult Anesthesia and Chief of Anesthesia at ZSFGH. The role autonomously manages complex executive schedules, prepares briefing documents, coordinates stakeholder communications, and facilitates problem‑solving. It also handles travel itineraries, correspondence, sensitive communications, and liaison work between the executive office and internal and external parties. The Analyst prioritizes urgent matters, monitors long‑range activities, and ensures timely responses. Project lifecycle coordination, milestone management, risk identification, documentation, and progress communication are key responsibilities. The Analyst supports office operations, emergency planning, community‑building initiatives, client service, process improvement, SOP creation, and backup for various administrative roles.
