Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager
to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in driving operational success and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, including revenue growth and cost control.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and the local community.
Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Familiarity with Hyatt systems and brand standards is a plus.
