A 3LED Group Company

Lead a Growing Architectural Lighting Business. Drive Commercial Success. Build a High-Performance Team.

Xico Lighting is the specification-grade architectural lighting brand within the 3LED Group. Our products serve architects, lighting designers, engineers, rep agencies, and contractors on high-performance projects where design, precision, and reliability matter.

We’re entering a major phase of growth and transformation. To lead this next chapter, we’re seeking a

commercially minded, growth-oriented Vice President & General Manager

who understands

how architectural products get designed into projects and delivered through the specification channel .

This is

not

a plant manager role. This is a

full business leadership position

— owning commercial strategy, customer experience, product execution, operational performance, and cross-functional team development.

If you’re a builder with strong business instincts, a passion for the architectural market, and the leadership ability to elevate both people and systems, this role offers a true chance to make an outsized impact.

What You Will Lead

Own Xico’s overall business performance: commercial results, margin health, customer experience, product quality, and operational output.

Drive growth by improving channel performance, supporting rep agencies, and elevating responsiveness to architects, LDs, engineers, and contractors.

Understand the nuances of

specification-driven sales , including submittals, value engineering, project cycles, and protecting design intent.

Translate market needs into product, engineering, and operational actions.

Strengthen Channel Relationships & Project Execution

Build trust with rep agencies through speed, accuracy, and consistent communication.

Ensure Xico becomes a preferred partner for designers and specifiers by delivering excellent service and reliable project support.

Improve how the factory and front-end teams support complex project schedules, design revisions, mockups, samples, and site coordination.

Champion customer experience as a strategic differentiator.

Build & Develop a High-Performance Organization

Lead all major Xico functions: engineering, operations, product design, customer support, inside sales, and supply chain.

Mentor managers, upgrade talent where needed, and build a culture of accountability and clarity.

Align cross-functional teams around common goals and elevate communication discipline.

Encourage ownership thinking, transparency, and strong follow-through.

Drive Operational Excellence (Through Strong Leadership, Not Micromanagement)

Oversee operations through an experienced plant/operations leader already in place.

Ensure production, engineering, and supply chain deliver on the commercial commitments made to the market.

Implement scalable systems for scheduling, documentation, inventory, and quality control.

Ensure engineering releases are complete, accurate, and ready for production.

Strengthen Engineering & Product Execution

Build consistent engineering workflows and solid documentation practices (PDM, Salesforce, work packets, change control).

Lead quality engineering and CAPA processes that prevent repeat issues.

Partner with design and engineering teams to support new products and continuous improvements.

Drive a “right first time” mindset across engineering and production.

Align with 3LED Group Strategy

Work closely with the CEO to execute group-level strategy across Fusion Optix (optics), LUXDrive (drivers & electronics), and shared product capabilities.

Identify synergistic opportunities across divisions to accelerate innovation and strengthen Xico’s market position.

Build scalable systems and processes to support long‑term growth.

Who You Are

How architects, LDs, engineers, and contractors influence product decisions.

Submittals, mockups, schedules, budgets, and construction timelines.
