Director of Field Operations, Custom Homes
Base pay range: $190,000 - $200,000 per year.
10% bonus, profit sharing & 401k match.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all field operations, directing a team of superintendents, foremen, and laborers.
Maintain project schedules, safety standards, coordination, and sub‑vendor relationships.
Produce quality work that stays on schedule and remains profitable.
Resolve issues, prioritize and delegate tasks, and organize/track materials and resources.
Ensure project deadlines/efficiency and control job costs, maintain project logs/docs, and stay within budget.
Oversee projects that include large luxury/high‑end custom homes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Director of Field Operations, General Superintendent, or Sr. Superintendent at a general contractor working on luxury/custom home projects.
Commercial project experience is a plus.
Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client‑relation skills.
