Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with senior leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
Compensation Pay rate is $50k – $65k for certified General Managers.
Employment Details This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, discipline, and scheduling. The franchisee will be the employer for any successful candidate.
