What We Do At Bridges, we walk alongside people with brain injuries and disabilities as they rebuild their lives. Through rehabilitation, community programs, unique wildlife education, and vocational experiences, we help individuals gain skills, confidence, and independence, while creating a meaningful and inclusive community.
What You’ll Do As our Quality Assurance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Bridges meets state and federal compliance standards. You’ll support incident reporting, oversee internal audits, monitor CACFP requirements, and help staff stay on track with documentation and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
Coordinating and tracking all DOH and internal incident reports
Monitoring internal program audits and ensuring timely follow‑up
Reviewing and maintaining compliance documentation across departments
Supporting CACFP audits, documentation, and staff training
Preparing quality and trend reports for leadership committees
Helping our programs deliver safe, high‑quality, well‑documented services
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in a professional office, healthcare, nonprofit, or human services setting
Experience with data entry, documentation, filing, and administrative support
Exposure to incident reporting, compliance, or quality assurance is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, Medicaid, or state documentation requirements is a bonus
Strong organizational, communication & problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
A positive, dependable team player with strong attention to detail
